La Cocina de Senén is the brand of gourmet products created by the chef Senén González Cordero.

Passion for cooking, creativity, maximum quality, and innovation are the basic pillars on which the good work of the brand is based. We offer products that combine traditional recipes with innovation to offer dishes and Spanish tapas of the highest quality. We want to bring the best of our gastronomy to every place in the world.

  • The Fried Egg pintxo was chosen by the chef Senén González to participate at this competition.
  • Senén creates his R&D&i kitchen with the backing of the C.D.T.I. (Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology)
  • Senén González wins the “National Spanish Omelette Competition”.
  • Thanks to the success of Sagartoki’s pintxos, Senén González decided to create Taller de Pinchos y Tapas S.L., it was the beginning of La Cocina de Senén.
  • La Cocina de Senén receives innovation award at Innoval Alimentaria Barcelona with the Oven Croquettes.
  • The same year La Cocina de Senén received a special mention at SIAL Paris for the innovative product with the
    Truffle Fried Egg pintxo and the Oven Croquettes.

  • The Spanish Omelette of La Cocina de Senén is recognized as the Best omelette at the Spanish supermarkets by the OCU (Organization of Consumers and Users).
  • The Canned Spanish Omelette (named as The Travelling Omelette) is awarded in several occasions by some of the most recognized international innovation awards.
  • La Cocina de Senén launches the Heat and Go Spanish Omelette in Spain. This product also reaches the American
    market with a cobranding with the José Andrés brand.

  • La Cocina de Senén’s Spanish omelette remains considered as the best Spanish omelette on supermarkets in Spain according to the OCU.
  • Sial 2024 Honorable Mention. The tortilla from La Cocina de Senén is named the best tortilla on supermarket shelves in Spain according to the OCU (Organization of Consumers and Users).
